Hello and welcome to the 2026 Charles County Fair online entry system!

 

All pre-registered entries are due by 11:59 p.m. On September 13th, with the exception of livestock, poultry, and rabbit. Building entries can still be made the day of exhibit drop off, September 16th. Be advised that only pre-registered items will receive printed tags.

 

ALL Livestock, Poultry, and Rabbit entries MUST be pre-registered.

 

Livestock and Poultry entries are due by 11:59 p.m on August 15th.

NEW FOR 2026!! Sheep and goat exhibits are to arrive at the fairgrounds on Tuesday, September 15th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. All cattle and hogs are to arrive on Wednesday, September 16th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

 

Rabbit entries are due September 1st.

 

If you plan on entering in Department H, NO PRE-REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THIS DEPARTMENT. These exhibits can only be entered on the day of exhibit drop off, September 16th from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
